Welcome to EdCeptional, tonight we’re talking about accessing the computer in different ways.  We’re joined by Deb Truskey and Jeannette Van Houten.  Jeanette is an assistive technology/curriculum consultant in New Jersey who also writes a great blog - My Point of View...  She’s helped many, many individuals gain more independence.

Week’s Theme:  alternative computer access

Roll Call:  How did you learn to type?

Jeanette Van Houten:  Learned to type using AOL IM, had to get into the conversation.
Deb Truskey: Self taught.  Still finding my way!
Your host for tonight....Patrick Black: 10th grade typing class
